No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review all sizing, shipping information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

5-Year Resew Guarantee

Ronnie Love proudly offers a 5-Year Resew Guarantee on all garments.

If stitching or construction issues occur within 5 years of purchase due to normal wear, we will repair and resew the item free of charge.

This guarantee does not cover:

• Intentional damage

• Extreme misuse

• Fabric deterioration from improper care

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect construction

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to Ronnie Love for repair. Return shipping back to the customer may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate solution if applicable.
